SRDC is a North Carolina Corporation. Tom Raynor, CEO of Fleet Feet, Inc., Jeff Phillips President of Fleet Feet,  Inc. and Jeff Wells a successful Fleet Feet Sports franchisee are the directors and principal share holders in SRDC. 

Tom Raynor, SRDC Managing Partner & Fleet Feet, Inc. Chairman & CEO: Tom has seen every side of the running industry. Since he started running cross country in the mid 1960's, Tom’s background includes being a collegiate athlete, a specialty retail clerk, and an early employee of Nike. Tom has lead the design, development and marketing groups at Brooks and served as assistant press secretary to Governor Jimmy Carter of Georgia. In 1993, Tom’s focus turned to resurrecting Fleet Feet, Incorporated, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. He continues to influence the direction of the brand and plays an invaluable role as visionary for the company. In 2007, Tom was inducted into the Running USA Hall of Champions for his leadership, innovation and outstanding contributions to running.  In 2010, Tom was inducted into the Running Hall of Fame and has been selected for induction into the Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame in 2011 by the NSGA.  His love of running continues undiminished today.

Jeff Phillips, SRDC Principal & Fleet Feet, Inc. President: Jeff joined Fleet Feet, Incorporated in 2001 and was named President in 2004. An avid fitness enthusiast, Jeff was a track and cross country standout at Virginia Tech in the early 1980’s where he discovered the business side of running while working at his college coach’s specialty running store. After gaining valuable specialty retail experience, Jeff followed his passion for the sport and business of running to Brooks Sports where he spent 14 years and held various senior level sales and marketing positions prior to joining Fleet Feet, Incorporated. Jeff’s extensive industry and management experience has made him a perfect fit for his role within Fleet Feet, Incorporated. Since joining Fleet Feet, Inc., Jeff has overseen the development of the company’s infrastructure and management team. As President, he is responsible for all day to day operations of the company including financial and strategic planning. Jeff and his wife Norris have two children and reside in Carrboro, NC.

Jeff Wells, SRDC Principal & Fleet Feet, Inc. Franchisee: Jeff is formerly a civil engineer and holds 5 U.S. Patents. He began his career in specialty retail in 2002 when he opened Fleet Feet Sports Jackson. He transitioned out of Jackson when he purchased Fleet Feet Sports Nashville in August 2006. In 2008, Jeff was tapped to run Fleet Feet Sports Elmhurst, IL when SRDC had an opportunity to purchase that store and in the summer of 2009 Jeff moved again to lead Fleet Feet Sports Louisville. Jeff is thrilled to be in Louisville and expects his moving days are behind him. Jeff has brought a tremendous sense of energy to the Fleet Feet Sports network and has received numerous awards: Fleet Feet Sports Rookie of the Year in 2004, Balega Induna Award winner in 2006, and Fleet Feet Sports Ambassador Award in 2010 for being an outstanding advocate of the Fleet Feet Sports brand. His contribution to SRDC's success has also been tremendous. Jeff has been running for over 30 years and has completed over 30 marathons, including 5 Boston marathons.
